David LaChapelle

Discovered by Andy Warhol at the age of seventeen, David LaChapelle quickly became known for his hyper-real, distinctly saturated depictions of celebrity culture. Upon meeting Sergei to film Hozier’s “Take Me To Church” video, the photographer and the young dancer hit it off right away.  The two artists remained connected long after the video skyrocketed to over 22 million views.  With Sergei acting as David’s muse, they have continued to collaborate on many multimedia projects.  Visit https://www.artsy.net/artist/david-lachapelle for more information.
